"AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don't use this place. They will find any excuse not to pay. I always had renters insurance. Tires got slashed. Now I don't have renters insurance. Won't pay out. Vehicle was towed. They won't pay for towing. I payed in advance for 6 months. Cash. And they changed everything. So they don't have to pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. STATE FARM AFTER DOING RESEARCH IS A SCAM ONLINE LAWYERS WHO TALK ABOUT COMPANIES SAY THEY ARE THE WORST. WISH I KNEW I ADVANCE. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

I DID PAY. I never RECIEVED a phone call about being late. I came in and PAID CASH to keep my liability and Renters insurance and WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME. OH THE LADIES SHOULD HAVE TO ME THAT RENTERS WAS DROPPED when I was late. SEE PEOPLE. They will do ANYTHING TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT PAYOUT. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPERATE AND I WILL SPREAD THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW STATE FARM OPERATES. You say my payment covered the late Part, Yet wont pay for the Towing that was done during that time. I have Contacted the Department of Justice to investigate you all for FRAUD. According to some Lawyers, Use GEICO, Farmers or USAA, They are the BEST when it comes to Paying you out if make a Claim. DO THE RESEARCH ON YOUTUBE. Watch How Bad State Farm Truly Is"

You have carried liability only insurance on your vehicle from the start of this policy. I am just not sure how you would expect your insurance company to cover damage you are not paying for.
