"I have personally been with the company since I was 15. Separated from my grandmas insurance around 18 and recently they have screwed us both over. My grandmother and I haven’t even on the same policy for years and I personally deserved to have my insurance taken cause I had a bad year and got 3 tickets all for different reasons my grandma on the other hand has done nothing wrong and still got her insurance taken soon. We have tried talking to Terron personally and he truly doesn’t care. The system dictates who they keep regardless of the record you have and my grandma is almost 78 with no claims or tickets previous but, they paired us as one. I have had no issues with them up until now but the way we were treated after being loyal, on time payment no issue customers, is wicked. He was extremely rude to me when I explained my tickets after a tough year of my grandma losing her home, me moving out alone and etc. The associates over the phone were horrible as well whenever we tried to get more information one told us or thing and the other told us another. Go for it if your desperate but not if you’d like to be kicked to the curb especially if you’re over 60+. Like I said I can deal with my faults but they have treated my grandmother very poorly. (Update: you “tried” but you cut me and my grandmother off mid sentences and was extremely rude to both of us in the long run. I understand the process of a company but, the treatment we got with being with the company for years was disgusting and honestly heartless. We will not be returning and if we do, definitely not with this branch as the agent and your assistants are absolutely rude and lacking correct information as we were told different things by multiple people. Get your information correct before you give people 30 days plus to find new coverage.)"

As your agent I did appeal the decision that was made but that appeal was not successful and I am truly sorry for that. "Terron Harris State Farm insurance office is probably the best around, not only comparing to other State Farm offices in the area but other insurance company as well. Mainly interacted with Sharitka, who is an amazing person with great customer service that can hold a conversation and not just pitch sales. She helped me with my car insurance policy and explained everything in details in terms for it to be easy to understand and gives a breakdown of everything. Not only that, the service Sharitka provided was extremely quick, easy, efficient, reasonably priced, and the best part is that it was all the same day! Would recommended anyone who’s looking for an insurance change to check this office out. For an update 4/19/2024, this office is still the best. Interacted with Sharitka again to help get a condo insurance. This was my first time getting property and Sharitka helped me through getting it insured and even bundled it with my car insurance to help get me the best rate. She was transparent with everything and loved how it was such an easy process!"
